Jeremy worked on correctness critical payment pipelines at one of the three largest investment banks, where a wrong number has immediate consequences, and has since built and run automation systems in production.

01What happens when something breaks?
It is our problem, not yours. The workflow is monitored around the clock, and when something fails or hits a case it does not recognise, it stops and escalates to a person here rather than guessing. You hear from us with the exception and what we did about it, and you are not left to discover it at month end.
02Who owns the data, and where does it live?
You own it, and it stays in your systems. We work inside the tools you already use rather than copying your data somewhere new. Every action is logged and auditable, and anything leaving the firm passes a human approval gate before it goes.
03How do you price it?
To the workflow. We scope what we are taking over, price that, and start there, so there is no standard rate card and not every engagement is a monthly retainer. The service is guaranteed either way: if it does not meet the standard we agreed, you do not pay for it.
04How long until it is running?
Weeks, not quarters. We start with the single workflow that costs you most, get it live, and only take on more once it has earned the trust.
